ICDRO is a semi-autonomous division of ABS&P International Law Firm which provides ADR policy Advisory, Nomination and Early Neutral Evaluation services exclusively.
ADR Policy Advisory

Nomination
Where requested, ICDRO is able to nominate arbitrators or and mediators to hear their disputes. Enquire about our nomination service
Early Neutral Evaluation
Disputing parties may apply to the Chief Registrar of ICDRO at any time for ICDRO to conduct an Early Neutral Evaluation ("ENE") of their dispute. The ENE would be non-binding unless the parties agree otherwise. The ENE would serve to assist the parties (at relatively low cost) to get an expert assessment of how matters are likely to proceed should full mediation, arbitration, or litigation proceedings ensue in their matter. Judge Milenka-Seka Žižić
Deputy President (Honorary)
Judge Žižić is a judge of the Supreme Court of Montenegro. She is Honorary Deputy President of ICDRO - International Court of Dispute Resolution Online. Where she is not conflicted as a judge, she gives active support to ICDRO's President and its Council in their mission to promote ICDRO's role in increasing levels of access to justice in civil matters worldwide.
Andre Alexander
Acting President & Chief Registrar
After undergoing training at the English Bar, Dr Alexander gained 4 bar admissions - Germany (Brandenburg), Fiji, Belgium (Brussels), England & Wales (registration with the Solicitors Regulation Authority for the practice of law in England & Wales). He is also a recognised lawyer at the Bar of Costa Rica.
Dr Alexander practices internationally either as an authorised foreign lawyer, or pro hac vice in the various jurisdictions where his services are required. He specialises in cross-border litigation and dispute resolution.
In 2020 he served as a judge at the UK National Mediation.

CORPORATE STRUCTURE & OWNERSHIP
Since March 23rd, 2023, ICDRO - International Court of Dispute Resolution Online ("ICDRO"), as a private ADR online ADR court has functioned as a semi-autonomous Committee, or Division of ABS&P International Law Firm ("ABS&P"), a division of Alexander Byrne Sidhu & Partners SA which is registered in the National Registry of Costa Rica, Number: 3-101-814796, as a corporation providing legal and allied business services regulated under the Commercial Code of Costa Rica.
HISTORY
ICDRO is a former division of Vantage10 Panel of Mediators & Experts which was approved as a professional organisation by His Majesty’s Government’s Tax Authority’s (HMRC) List 3. In 2023, it was transferred to ABS&P to operate as a quasi-autonomously as an online ADR court.
Since September 2023, ICDRO's services have been limited to ADR Policy Advisory, Nomination and Early Neutral Evaluation.
BOARD OF ADVISORS
ICDRO maintains a Board of Advisors ("BOA") whose members are the Council Members of ICDRO.
The BOA, where invited, or of its own volition (in accordance with ICDRO's (private ADR court) Rules, is able to decide, or provide advice on matters concerning the corporate operation of ICDRO excluding all and any matters concerning its financial management. However, the BOA and its individual members have no liability of any kind whatsoever for the corporate decisions of ICDRO and their advice or decisions, whilst informative for corporate ICDRO, are not binding upon it in any way unless they are adopted.

FEES
ICDRO's primary mission and policy are to deliver its services on a pro bono basis as a 100% Online ad hoc ADR court available worldwide. It is resolved to cover all its operational costs by way of invited voluntary donations from the parties it serves.
