PAYMENT ADVICE FORM 

Payment Receipt: This Payment Advice Form to be completed and sent to us as soon as the due payment has been made.  

Added Administrative Cost:  Note that an administrative cost equivalent to $US50 is to be added to all payments.

Payments to be Made at Remitter's Cost: Note that all payments to us must be made at "remitter's cost". That is to say that you are to instruct your bank that all costs for the transfer will be covered by you so that the net amount payable reaches our account.

General Terms of Service, AML & Privacy Policies:  All payments are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC"), our Privacy, Data Protection and AML Policies as well as any  supplementary written agreements between us setting out the attendant particulars of service, or co-operation.

Problems with Payments: If you have any problems with your payment, please contact the Partner handling your case immediately.
